NSFW Plush Toys with SPH

An NSFW plush toy is an ordinary soft toy that has been modified for adult use. Ours are fitted with an SPH — a Strategically Placed Hole — built from waterproof pink nylon, with a removable insert that pulls out and reverses for cleaning.

Closed up, they look and cuddle exactly like any other plush. The modification is invisible until you want it, which is the whole point: most people want a companion that can sit on the bed without explaining itself. Every one is modified by hand here in the UK, and we can adjust the diameter, depth or placement on request.

Choosing an NSFW plush: a short buying guide

Size is the decision most people get wrong

Our range runs from a 29cm mini up to 80cm companions, and the difference is bigger in practice than the numbers suggest. A mini is easy to store, easy to travel with and easy to keep out of sight — but there is not much body to hold on to. An 80cm plush is a genuinely substantial thing to share a bed with, which is what most people are actually after, but it needs somewhere to live and it is not going in a drawer.

If this is your first, we would gently suggest thinking about storage before you think about price. The most common regret we hear about in this hobby is not spending too much — it is buying something that turned out to be awkward to keep discreetly.

What SPH depth actually means

Most of our larger plushies carry an SPH depth of approximately 18cm, with a diameter of around 8cm that stretches in use. Depth matters for two reasons: comfort, and whether a sleeve-style toy will seat properly inside. Too shallow and a sleeve sits proud of the opening; too deep on a small plush and there is not enough body around it to feel supportive.

These are the measurements we have settled on across most builds, but none of them are fixed. If you know you want something different, say so before ordering and we will build to your numbers.

Why the insert material matters more than anything else

We use waterproof pink nylon for every insert. It does not absorb fluid, it wipes clean in seconds, and it keeps its shape through repeated use. Plenty of cheaper modifications use softer, more absorbent fabrics because they feel nicer for the first few minutes — but they hold moisture, they are far harder to clean properly, and they lose their shape quickly.

The insert is also fully reversible: it pulls out of the plush and turns inside out, so the entire surface can be cleaned rather than just rinsed. That single design decision is the difference between a companion that lasts years and one that quietly becomes unpleasant.

Using one with a sleeve-style toy

Every SPH we build works with or without a sleeve-style toy inside it. If you are using one, pull the nylon out and reverse it first, seat the base of the toy against the tip, then push both back in together. Nylon against silicone creates friction, so work slowly rather than forcing it, and a little water-based lubricant on the outside of the toy makes it considerably easier. Avoid silicone-based lubricant, which degrades silicone toys over time.

What to expect when it arrives

Everything ships from the UK in plain, unbranded outer packaging — nothing on the outside says what is inside or who sent it. Premade pieces go out quickly; made-to-order builds need time on the bench first, and the current estimate is always shown on the listing before you pay.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items, which is standard across the category. If something arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us straight away and we will put it right.

Custom builds and modifying your own plush

If nothing here is the character you want, we take commissions — tell us the character, the size and any changes to the standard measurements, and we will quote before anything is committed to. We can also modify a plush you already own and send in, which is often the better route if you are attached to a specific one or it is no longer in production.
