An NSFW plush toy is an ordinary soft toy that has been modified for adult use. Ours are fitted with an SPH — a Strategically Placed Hole — built from waterproof pink nylon, with a removable insert that pulls out and reverses for cleaning.
Closed up, they look and cuddle exactly like any other plush. The modification is invisible until you want it, which is the whole point: most people want a companion that can sit on the bed without explaining itself. Every one is modified by hand here in the UK, and we can adjust the diameter, depth or placement on request.
