What is an SPH?
SPH stands for Strategically Placed Hole — a discreet, purpose-built opening added to a plush toy. Every Fushy plush is fitted with one, along with a removable insert, so the modification stays hidden until you want it. See exactly how we build them.
What is the insert made from, and is it washable?
The insert is waterproof and fully washable. When cleaning, take care easing the sleeve out of the plush. The outer fabric is water-resistant, so spills wipe away rather than soak in.
Can I get a replacement or spare insert?
Get in touch and ask — we look at these case by case and will let you know what we can do for your particular plush.
Are the plushies handmade?
Yes. Every plush is modified by hand here in the United Kingdom. Some pieces are premade and ready to ship; others, such as the Umbreon, are made to order.
2Ordering & delivery
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes, always. Orders go out in plain, unbranded outer packaging with nothing on the outside indicating what is inside or who it is from.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. Postage is calculated at checkout on Etsy, and any local import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
How long does delivery take?
Premade pieces usually ship quickly. Made-to-order items need build time before dispatch — the current estimate is shown on each Etsy listing at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
For hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on these items. That said, if anything arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us straight away — we will always do our best to put it right.
Do I need to be over 18 to buy?
Yes. These are adult products and you must be 18 or over to purchase.
3Custom work
Can I order a custom plush?
Absolutely, and it is a big part of what we do. Send us the character, size and any modifications you would like through our custom request form and we will come back to you with options and pricing.
How much does a custom cost?
Every custom is quoted individually, because price depends on the plush itself, its size and the work involved. Send us your idea and we will come back to you with a price before anything is committed to.
Can you modify a plush I already own?
Yes — this is a service we offer. Get in touch describing the plush and what you would like done, and we will let you know what is possible and what it would cost.
